Crystal Dallner – President / Founder

Crystal Dallner is a successful marketing professional, Publicist and media planner. She is the founder of Outright Communications, a thriving marketing firm based in Edmonton, Alberta. With experience working in print, radio and TV and an education in management, marketing and interior design, she has a creative flair for marketing other businesses. She has also been nominated for the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award.

James Dallner – Co-founder

I ensure our team of marketers and designers completely understand your meaning and intent, scope and direction of your business – then I lead them to the accomplishment of your projects. With experience in media sales and a 14 year career in the Canadian Army, I've lead many team members from the inception to the completion of all tasks.

Tanya Kapko – Creative Director

As Creative Director, I lead a talented team of designers at Outright Communications. With over 9 years of professional experience, I discovered my love for design at Grant MacEwan College where I studied Design and Digital Media. My rich experience of conceptual branding, publication production, website and promotional design has prepared me for this demanding and rewarding position at Outright Communications. Inspired by the unique, unusual, and anything that piques my curiosity, I am eager to dive into any unique or exuberant design challenge. I am an active board member of DECL - Downtown Edmonton Community League, where I recently designed and produced a campaign to strengthen its presence in the community.

Cal MacKendrick – Web Consultant

I come to Outright Communications from a background in design & digital media with eight years of experience as a website architect and graphic designer. I am a creative troubleshooter who loves to make order from chaos. Delivering a client's creative vision using the best new technology is my trademark. My website awards include the Internet Consumer's Report Gold award for 2006 & 2007. I was the runner-up for the Ben Wicks award in 2007. I am a member of MADE in Edmonton (Media Art & Design) and the Edmonton Flash User's Group.

Corrine Manley – Publicist

I've been a Publicist with Outright Communications for over a year now and focus much of my efforts on gaining publicity for our clients' businesses, booking media interviews and making sure our clients' messages are hitting their target market. Prior to working with this company I spent 12 years in sales, management, customer service, and communications at a large restaurant chain in Canada.

Rachel Sentes – Publicist

I am a published writer and photographer, with six years of experience in marketing, promotions, publicity, and merchandising. I was a co-creator of Season One of Book Television's 3 Day Novel Writing Contest Series, and the past president of the Other Voices Literary Arts Journal. I am a strong believer in supporting local authors and artists, and in getting the Word Out on a local and national basis.

Kamea Zelisko – Communications Consultant

With a strong background in both Journalism and Communications, my work can be seen in print and on the web across North America. I have written and edited copy for several publications, organizations and companies over the years, such as the Edmonton Sun, the Calgary Sun, Alberta Builder/Architect Magazine, the Edmonton Police Service, the University of Alberta and legal resource publications.
